Bid Manager – Lead End-to-End Proposal Process

About the role

We are seeking an organized, strategic, and persuasive Bid Manager to own our end‑to‑end proposal process. In this role you will lead proposal development from initial qualification to final submission, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver compelling, compliant, and high‑quality responses that win business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full bid lifecycle from qualification through submission, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
• Analyse RFP requirements, evaluation criteria and client priorities to define bid strategies and win themes.
• Coordinate contributors, manage timelines, governance, risks and approvals throughout the submission process.
• Structure, consolidate and enhance proposal content, including executive summaries, credentials, certifications and client presentation materials.
• Leverage AI tools and bid knowledge bases to continuously improve proposal quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Bid Manager, Product Manager or Sales Manager.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English with high attention to detail.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with problem‑solving capability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using AI tools for proposal development.
• Familiarity with bid knowledge bases and documentation.
