Bilingual Phone Coordinator – English/Spanish

About the role

We are seeking a professional and organized Phone Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound calls, communicate with patients and families, and support daily scheduling and homecare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers courteously.
• Coordinate and confirm caregiver schedules and patient visits, communicating any changes.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, scheduling updates, and follow‑ups.
• Escalate urgent, clinical, or safety‑related concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service with a calm, empathetic tone during challenging calls.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, healthcare or homecare preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in English (B2) and Spanish (B1).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with upset patients, families, or caregivers.
• Commitment to confidentiality when handling patient information.

• Proficiency with computer systems and accurate data entry.
• Strong problem‑solving and follow‑up capabilities.
