Bilingual Travel Advisor (French & English)

About the role

FlairsTech is looking for a bilingual Travel Advisor to join its on‑site team in Qesm El Maadi. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality travel planning and support to clients in both French and English, ensuring seamless experiences from booking to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and organizing travel itineraries.
• Provide personalized travel recommendations and manage all bookings.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications.

Required profile

• Proven customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
• Experience working in a travel agency or handling travel logistics.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a related field is preferred.
