BIM Specialist (Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical)

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Specialist with expertise in architectural, mechanical and electrical disciplines to support our clients in adopting cutting‑edge building information modelling solutions. The role combines technical pre‑sales, implementation, and training activities to help customers maximise the value of Autodesk Revit and the Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in pre‑sales activities, delivering technical sessions to potential and existing clients.
• Implement and support BIM technologies, primarily Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on the latest BIM tools and workflows.
• Engage daily with new customers, presenting tailored BIM solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging BIM technologies to continuously improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise that supports business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar BIM role.
• Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the software industry.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical information to non‑technical audiences.
• Preferably own a car and have prior experience as an instructor.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Solid understanding of BIM workflow.
• Familiarity with 4D modeling (plus).
• Knowledge of Dynamo or Python programming (plus).
