About the role

We are seeking a proactive Branch Manager with a pharmacy background to lead the daily operations of our pharmacy outlet. The role combines business oversight with staff leadership to ensure a profitable and compliant retail environment.

Key responsibilities

Maintain full financial responsibility for branch expenses, wages, and asset management.
Identify operational deficiencies and develop and implement improvement plans.
Prepare and present a weekly report covering operations and sales performance.
Recruit, hire, train, and, when necessary, dismiss branch staff.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business.
At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
Proven experience in hiring and training employees.
