Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will shape and execute the corporate brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels. This role partners with internal teams and external agencies to drive brand equity, lead generation, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing long‑term marketing strategy and lead short‑ to medium‑term action plans.
• Lead the creation and rollout of ATL, BTL and digital campaigns to meet brand equity and lead generation goals.
• Develop and align brand guidelines across website, digital channels, community branding, sales offices and call centers.
• Coordinate with marketing colleagues and internal departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of plans.
• Manage agency and service‑provider selection, contracts, and performance.
• Collaborate with research and digital teams to generate market and competitor insights.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate the corporate brand team, setting clear priorities and development goals.
• Oversee budgets, KPIs, workflow efficiency and campaign delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related field.
• MBA or professional postgraduate certification in Marketing/Brand Management is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in brand marketing.
• Proven leadership or team‑management experience with a track record of cross‑functional collaboration.
• Solid experience managing multi‑channel (ATL/BTL/Digital) campaigns and optimizing marketing budgets.
