Brand, Marketing & Communication Manager

About the role

Innovvette for Education is seeking a senior Brand, Marketing & Communication Manager to own the corporate brand and lead the marketing function across its two program brands, STEAMulation Hub and KidzGround. The role blends strategic brand stewardship with hands‑on execution of integrated campaigns, digital initiatives, and public relations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Innovvette master brand strategy, including corporate positioning, thought leadership, and executive branding.
• Develop brand architecture and messaging for the master brand and the two program brands.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, demand generation, and revenue across all business lines.
• Oversee digital marketing activities: social media, digital advertising, SEO, website management, email marketing and marketing automation.
• Create and manage content strategy, producing thought‑leadership, parenting, and brand storytelling assets.
• Manage public and media relations to position Innovvette as a leading education provider regionally.
• Coordinate media planning and buying with external media buyer.
• Implement employer branding initiatives in partnership with HR.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two Brand Digital Marketing Coordinators.
• Control brand and marketing budgets and report on performance analytics, brand health, and campaign ROI.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications, with 3‑5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record managing multi‑brand or multi‑product portfolios.
• Demonstrated success building brands and generating demand in consumer‑facing or professional services sectors.
• Hands‑on expertise in digital marketing, content creation, PR, and integrated campaign execution.
