About the role
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to accelerate our growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring fresh clients, and deepening relationships with existing accounts. The position operates in a hybrid model, combining remote work with on‑site collaboration to support the sales pipeline and revenue goals.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and target new clients to generate business growth.
- Build and maintain an active sales pipeline for consistent revenue generation.
- Achieve assigned revenue quotas by securing new contracts and expanding existing ones.
- Conduct market research to uncover new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Initiate and sustain communication with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Promote company services by aligning solutions with client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar business development or sales role.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong motivation to meet and exceed targets.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
