About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to accelerate our growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring fresh clients, and deepening relationships with existing accounts. The position operates in a hybrid model, combining remote work with on‑site collaboration to support the sales pipeline and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and target new clients to generate business growth.
  • Build and maintain an active sales pipeline for consistent revenue generation.
  • Achieve assigned revenue quotas by securing new contracts and expanding existing ones.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Initiate and sustain communication with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Promote company services by aligning solutions with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar business development or sales role.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong motivation to meet and exceed targets.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software.
