Business Development Manager – Arabic AI Market

About the role

Intella is building the future of Arabic AI and is expanding its commercial team. We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to open doors, generate pipeline, and initiate high‑value conversations across the GCC, Levant, and North Africa markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage target accounts across GCC, Levant, and North Africa.
• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to start first conversations.
• Profile decision‑makers and map stakeholder landscapes.
• Qualify opportunities and hand them off to senior sales for progression.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with pre‑sales and sales leadership on account strategy.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or outbound sales, preferably in technology or AI solutions.
• Proven track record of opening enterprise‑level conversations.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
• Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English.
• Experience in GCC, Levant, or North Africa markets is a strong advantage.
