Business Development Specialist – Remote (Egypt)

About the role

The Business Development Specialist will research and identify B2B leads, execute go‑to‑market strategies, and conduct cold outreach to qualify prospects. This is a 100% remote position working on Canadian Pacific Time, supporting North American BD teams.

Key responsibilities

• Research & identify potential B2B leads using LinkedIn extensions, ChatGPT, Google, and other online platforms.
• Plan and execute go‑to‑market strategies.
• Initiate cold calls and emails to qualify leads and schedule meetings.
• Draft SDR outreach scripts and maintain CRM entries.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and follow‑up reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and support North American BD representatives.

Required profile

• BBA/MBA or equivalent business degree.
• Understanding of B2B cold calling, email marketing, and research.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and performance‑driven.
• Comfortable working remotely on a Canadian time zone.
• Own laptop, high‑speed internet, and a quiet workspace for five days a week.
