About the role
Terra Solutions is seeking a full‑time Call Center Agent to join its on‑site team in 10th of Ramadan. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring timely and professional support while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place inbound and outbound calls in a courteous manner.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information.
- Document call details and follow up on open issues.
- Maintain quality standards in every interaction.
- Support team goals by meeting performance metrics.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer relations is a plus.
