Call Center Representative – Telesales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Call Center Representative to join our telesales team in Al Giza Mohandessin. The role focuses on making outbound calls to both prospective and existing customers, promoting our products and services, and converting inquiries into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate new business and follow up on marketing leads.
• Understand customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and close sales.
• Respond to customer inquiries clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Handle objections confidently and provide detailed product information.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a persuasive telephone presence.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Flexibility to work the scheduled shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
