About the role
The Cash Collection Specialist will manage and follow up on outstanding customer payments for the KSA market, ensuring timely collection while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Contact customers with overdue payments via calls, WhatsApp, and emails, reminding them of due dates and guiding payment options.
- Maintain an updated tracker for pending and completed payments, verify payment proofs, and update the system upon receipt.
- Provide professional responses to payment inquiries, support customers with payment links or invoices, and log interactions in Freshdesk.
- Share daily and weekly collection reports, highlighting high‑risk customers and escalating issues to the Supervisor.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in customer collections, billing, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Freshdesk.
