Casting Specialist – Model & Talent Coordinator

About the role
We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Casting Specialist to join our team in New Cairo. You will be responsible for scouting, communicating with, and booking models and talents for both internal projects and external client shoots, ensuring a smooth casting process from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Scout and source models and talents for a variety of projects.
- Coordinate and communicate with talents, agencies, and clients.
- Manage bookings and scheduling for shoots.
- Maintain organized talent databases and records.
- Support marketing and production teams with casting requirements.
- Use CRM tools and systems to track and manage workflows.
Required profile
- Preferably female.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, casting, talent coordination, or related fields.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Available to join within 14 days.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Notion.
