Center Manager – Early Childhood Education

About the role

The Center Manager leads Innovvette’s Alexandria education centre, overseeing enrollment, revenue, customer experience and educational quality. This senior, full‑time position is responsible for translating corporate strategy into daily operations and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment for children and families.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve centre KPIs for enrollment, revenue, customer satisfaction, educational standards and compliance.
• Lead and coach the management and teaching teams, setting expectations and monitoring performance.
• Translate corporate plans into daily execution, using approved systems and data to drive results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective families, ensuring effective follow‑up of enquiries.
• Coordinate closely with Operations and corporate departments to align resources and policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum seven years of relevant experience, including at least three years in a managerial role with responsibility for people, budgets and performance targets.
• Proven experience in early childhood or child‑family services, managing commercial performance such as enrollment, revenue and cost control.
• Working knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety, regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
