About the role
Bakir Construction Company is looking for a Civil Site Engineer to join its Cairo team. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and supervising construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Master Time Schedule for projects.
- Create weekly work plans based on the master schedule.
- Prepare procurement plans aligned with weekly work plans.
- Generate weekly invoices for subcontractors.
- Monitor material consumption rates (actual vs. scheduled) on a weekly basis.
- Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors to align their activities with the project timeline.
Required profile
- Proven work experience in a site engineering or related role.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate asynchronously with project teams.
- Strong documentation habits to ensure knowledge is captured and shared.
- Relevant training or certifications in site reliability engineering or related fields.
