Cluster Marketing Executive

About the role

Accor is looking for a Cluster Marketing Executive in Sharm El Sheikh to support marketing activities across its two properties, aligned with Accor brand standards. The role covers digital presence, content creation, event coordination and reporting on campaign performance, with travel between Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing strategies across both properties in line with Accor brand standards.
• Assist in planning and promoting seasonal campaigns, events and on-property activations.
• Coordinate and support photo and video shoots to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content.
• Manage and update the digital presence across social media, OTAs, Google listings and brand platforms.
• Work closely with the community management agency to ensure timely and effective communication.
• Draft content for newsletters, website updates, press releases and promotional materials.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing collateral such as signage, menus and flyers.
• Assist in coordinating PR and influencer engagements, media visits and FAM trips.
• Track and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather information and align marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate supplier communication and support budget tracking.
• Travel between Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh as needed to support on-ground execution.
