CNS Product Specialist – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

The CNS Product Specialist will join INCANDESCE. Pharma’s Cairo/Giza team to promote and grow the company’s central nervous system (CNS) portfolio. This full‑time, on‑site position involves regular field visits, scientific presentations, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal use of CNS medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers in the assigned territory.
• Present product information, scientific data, and therapeutic benefits of CNS medicines.
• Organise and lead educational activities such as lectures, round‑tables, and conference participation.
• Execute territory action plans, monitor market dynamics, and collect feedback from HCPs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine product positioning and support marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate activity reports, adhere to ethical and regulatory standards, and achieve sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• Pharmacy, medicine, veterinary or other life‑science graduate residing in Cairo or Giza.
• Strong scientific and clinical knowledge of CNS therapeutic areas.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical promotion, preferably within CNS.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Effective planning, territory management, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
