Construction Supervisor

About the role

Sharm Dreams Group is looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead concrete construction activities across major projects. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and site preparation to final hand‑over, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret structural drawings, prepare sites, and coordinate pre‑pour activities.
• Supervise all concrete works, including batching, placement, pumping, consolidation, and finishing.
• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures, conduct material testing, and manage defect remediation.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams; plan workforce allocation and procure materials and equipment.
• Promote a strong safety culture, conduct regular inspections, and enforce PPE and safe equipment operation.
• Track project schedules, costs, and resources; prepare progress, quality, and status reports for senior management.
• Support project close‑out documentation and final hand‑over activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in civil construction, with extensive concrete works and site management.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality management systems, and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office applications.
