Contracts Manager – EPC Energy & Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract management for large‑scale EPC Energy and Infrastructure projects across Egypt and abroad. The role involves overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and protecting commercial interests while supporting project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle for EPC projects, from inception to close‑out.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts, sub‑contracts, and claims.
• Ensure contractual compliance and mitigate commercial and legal risks.
• Lead negotiations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Support project teams on variations, extensions of time, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with technical, procurement, commercial, and legal teams throughout execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in contracts management within EPC projects.
• Proven track record on large‑scale Energy, Power, Utilities, or Infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel and support overseas assignments.
