Control & Protection Supervisor

About the role

The Control & Protection Supervisor oversees daily fraud control and security operations on trains and stations. This position ensures that anti‑fraud procedures are applied consistently, manages teams of controllers and X‑ray officers, and supports strategic revenue protection initiatives across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure controllers follow anti‑fraud policies and issue penalty fares where required.
• Monitor and respond to security hazards, emergencies, and incidents in the assigned area.
• Maintain a visible presence at key stations during peak periods to supervise operations.
• Lead scheduling, performance monitoring, and evaluation of controllers and X‑ray machine officers.
• Conduct briefings, enforce uniform standards, and provide ongoing training and upskilling.
• Analyse operational data, logbooks, and reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with transportation police and other departments on security matters.

Required profile

• Experience in operations, anti‑fraud, or security management within transport or similar environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and evaluate performance.
• Strong analytical skills for data‑driven operational improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, police, and passengers.
