Cook II

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Cook II to join our food and beverage team at our Red Sea location. The successful candidate will prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, washing, peeling, weighing, measuring, and mixing.
• Cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and complete food preparation checklists.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Test and monitor food for proper cooking and quality throughout preparation.
• Set up and break down work stations, serve food in correct portions, and maintain a clean, disinfected kitchen environment.
• Check and ensure correct temperatures of appliances and food.
• Follow all company safety, security, and hygiene policies and report any issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related culinary experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lb.
