Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Architect – AI Business Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Architect to help enterprise customers deploy, adopt, and secure AI-driven solutions across Microsoft 365 environments. The role blends technical consulting, implementation, governance, and change management to deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployment and adoption of M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and AI agents for enterprise clients.
• Provide technical guidance on Copilot Studio, Copilot Control System, and Copilot Analytics, designing end‑to‑end AI solutions.
• Resolve implementation barriers related to identity, security, compliance, data access, licensing, and platform readiness.
• Assess customer readiness for AI adoption and recommend data protection and governance controls.
• Develop adoption and change‑management plans, including executive sponsorship, user engagement, and training.
• Coordinate with partners and delivery teams to accelerate deployment and ongoing usage.
• Engage business and technical stakeholders to align AI adoption with business objectives.
• Monitor usage, adoption milestones, and performance metrics to demonstrate value and identify expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related field, with 7–9 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise customer‑facing technical roles and delivering technical projects.
• Proven experience with M365 and cloud platforms, including hands‑on deployment of M365 Copilot.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills, especially with senior executives.
