Corporate & MICE Supervisor

About the role

The Supervisor Corporate and MICE is a full‑time onsite position in Egypt, responsible for overseeing corporate travel arrangements and MICE operations for Monaliza Tours, ensuring high‑quality service and seamless coordination for corporate clients and event organizers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise booking and reservation processes for corporate travel and events.
• Coordinate with hotels and transportation providers to secure accommodations and transfers.
• Prepare proposals, costings and quotations for corporate events and meetings.
• Monitor execution of itineraries and event programmes, ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and ensure activities align with company standards.
• Report on performance metrics and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Support the development of new corporate and MICE service offerings.

Required profile

• Experience in corporate travel, MICE operations or hospitality supervision.
• Strong knowledge of event planning and coordination.
• Excellent client relationship management, negotiation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
• Background in tourism, hospitality, business administration or a related field; diploma or degree preferred.
• Prior experience in the Egyptian tourism market is advantageous.
• Customer‑focused, service‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
• Experience using reservation systems.
• Ability to work with basic data reporting tools.
