Creative Strategist - Paid Social & Performance Marketing

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia; this role is with a fast-scaling performance marketing agency that creates high-converting creative for paid social and digital advertising. You will lead the ideation, testing and scaling of marketing campaigns, owning creative direction while using performance data to optimise results. The position is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end creative strategy for paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Lead creative ideation, testing frameworks and iteration cycles for performance marketing
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and media buyers to deliver high-converting creatives
• Analyse campaign data and turn insights into creative improvements
• Carry out competitor and market research to shape campaign direction
• Develop creative briefs, messaging frameworks and scalable campaign concepts
• Optimise ad creatives to improve CTR, CPA and ROI
• Mentor junior creatives or give direction where needed

Required profile

• 3-4+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist, in Performance Marketing or a similar role
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns through creative testing and iteration
• Experience leading creative direction and working with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication, organisation and project management skills

Required skills

• Expertise in paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
• Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Analytics and reporting tools (highly preferred)
