Credit Administrator – Automotive Finance

About the role

The Credit Administrator will manage customer financing applications for vehicle purchases, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, banks, and the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Review customers' financing applications and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with banks and financing companies to obtain credit approvals.
• Follow up on financing requests until final approval and car delivery.
• Ensure all customer documents comply with company and bank requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with banking and financing partners.
• Update customers and sales teams on application status.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financing records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and financing regulations.
• Resolve issues related to financing applications promptly.
• Support the sales team in achieving financing targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive finance, vehicle financing, or banking.
• Good understanding of credit analysis and retail financing procedures.
• Experience dealing with banks and financial institutions.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
