About the role

Join Amazon’s award‑winning Customer Service team and help deliver the company’s mission to be Earth’s most customer‑centric organization. As a Customer Service Associate you will interact with Arabic and/or English speaking customers via phone, chat or email, providing personalized support and problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries about orders, products, payments and website navigation.
Use internal tools to research, diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
Work 9‑hour shifts covering day, late and overnight periods, including weekends and holidays.

Required profile

Minimum age of 18 and legal right to work in Egypt.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including rotating shifts.

Required skills

Basic computer literacy.
