Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Service Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for guests staying at Kemetland’s property in Heliopolis. You will handle inquiries, support check‑in and check‑out processes, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience throughout the guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests via WhatsApp, phone calls, and booking platforms.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Follow up with guests during their stay to confirm satisfaction.
• Manage guest complaints, coordinating with relevant teams for swift resolution.
• Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance when guest assistance is required.
• Provide information on property rules, services, and amenities.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests, complaints, and updates.
• Prepare for upcoming arrivals by confirming all necessary guest information.
• Uphold Kemetland’s customer service standards to create a positive guest experience.

Required profile

• Good command of English.
• Graduated (fresh graduates are welcome).
• No prior experience required; customer service experience is a plus.
• Available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, five days a week.
• Willing to work on‑site at the Heliopolis office.
