About the role

Join Concentrix’s dynamic team in Maadi as a Customer Service Representative. You will interact with customers through inbound and outbound calls or online channels, promoting basic products and services while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone or internet.
• Promote and sell basic products and services.
• Process customer orders and sales transactions.
• Provide accurate information and basic support to customers.

Required profile

• Fluent English (B2‑C1 level).
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night and overnight schedules.
• Immediate availability to start.
