About the role

Join Concentrix’s dynamic team in Maadi as a Customer Service Representative. You will interact with customers through inbound and outbound calls or online channels, promoting basic products and services while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone or internet.
Promote and sell basic products and services.
Process customer orders and sales transactions.
Provide accurate information and basic support to customers.

Required profile

Fluent English (B2‑C1 level).
Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night and overnight schedules.
Immediate availability to start.
