About the role
Sutherland Cairo is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its New Cairo office. The positions cover technical support for telecom accounts and customer service for a TV streaming service. The role is full-time and on-site, with a requirement of B2 English or above.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for telecom accounts
- Handle customer service for a TV streaming service
Required profile
- B2 English or higher (graduates and dropouts are welcome)
- Previous experience is a plus
- Military papers are required for males

- Pay of up to 20,800 EGP for telecom technical support and up to 21,500 EGP for TV streaming customer service, including 15% KPIs and incentives
- Night shift allowance of 1,100 EGP per month
