About the role
Sutherland is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative for its Cairo office, working on a US telecom account. The role covers day-to-day tasks focused on customer satisfaction, account management, excellent customer service and effective communication.
Required profile
- Graduates and dropouts only
- Proficiency in English at B2-C1 level
- Flexibility with night and overnight shifts
- Flexibility with rotational shifts
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
