About the role
DiDi Global Inc. is looking for a CX & Relationship Intern to support the Customer Experience and Service teams operating in Egypt, Australia and New Zealand. The role will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, helping to streamline communication, manage permissions and contribute to service‑quality initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate internal and external communication between the Egypt and ANZ Customer Service teams and other departments.
- Create and manage access permissions for new team members, both internal and external.
- Analyse performance data and prepare presentations for business insights.
- Handle service defect tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Process invoices and support fulfillment activities.
- Assist with project coordination and follow‑up on global and local initiatives.
- Serve as a master user for DiDi’s internal portals and tools.
Required profile
- Enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant university program.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Interest in mobility technology and customer experience.
