D&A and Master Data Specialist

About the role

The D&A and Master Data Specialist will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of master data across commercial systems for DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson business. The role combines data governance, compliance, and analytical reporting to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee master data integrity across multiple platforms.
• Manage the end‑to‑end master data lifecycle and implement best‑practice data governance.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other local data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, and compliance teams to develop robust data management processes.
• Identify and lead data‑process improvement initiatives, including new consent collection methods and system integrations.
• Create analytical reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to provide performance insights.

Required profile

• Experience in master data management and data governance.
• Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders such as Sales, IT, and compliance.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights.
