Data & AI Solutions Lead (LLM & Agentic Systems)

About the role

Infomineo, a global AI-enhanced research company serving consulting firms, Fortune 500 companies and government entities, is looking for an experienced Data & AI Solutions Lead in Cairo. This is a hybrid leadership role focused on LLM-based and agentic systems, working with stakeholders to define the business case, design and deploy solutions, and manage a team of AI engineers, data scientists and analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply data analytics and AI services, evaluate their business value and build proposals and RFP/RFI responses
• Lead scoping workshops with clients and manage scope changes and contract amendments
• Design custom solutions such as multi-agent pipelines, RAG systems and LLM-powered workflows, and deploy them in client and cloud environments with CI/CD, containerization and monitoring
• Define quality metrics, build evaluation loops for LLM and agent outputs, and drive continuous improvement
• Manage AI workload costs (tokens, compute, cloud spend) and ensure data privacy, security and responsible AI
• Stay up to date on LLMs, agentic frameworks and MLOps/LLMOps, and set technical standards with Tech/R&D leadership
• Lead projects end-to-end, plan team capacity and staffing, and coach the team on performance, hiring and career development

Required profile

• Proven track record in data analytics, data science or AI solution delivery, typically over 6 years, with end-to-end ownership and guidance of others
• Experience delivering technical solutions in a client-facing or stakeholder-facing context
• Ability to work with stakeholders, engineers and team members in different settings

Required skills

• Solid working knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, cloud environment configuration, monitoring)
• Ability to own deployment end-to-end alongside the team
