About the role
As a Demand Management Planner you will drive the end‑to‑end process for capturing, assessing and prioritising technology and architecture demands. You will work closely with business portfolios and technical teams to ensure that demand information is transparent, aligned with resources and supports Orange’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Support the management of Technical & Architecture demands, from capture to execution.
- Assess, prioritise and align demands with available capacity and strategic goals.
- Prepare and follow up on Architecture Board meetings, recording decisions and tracking demand status.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date demand backlog and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate demand analysis with architects, technical experts and operational teams.
- Organise documentation for Architecture Boards and ensure timely follow‑up on action items.
- Produce periodic reports to aid management in demand prioritisation.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse, multicultural audiences.
- Excellent organisational abilities with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
- Master’s degree and experience working in collaborative, cross‑functional environments.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical experts and business stakeholders.
