Digital Marketing Lead - Performance

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving health and well-being, is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead - Performance to join its team in Giza. The role contributes to the company's mission of raising the standard of care in the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-platform performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in B2C and B2B markets with data-driven strategies.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI, managing budgets, forecasts and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business objectives and use CRM and automation tools for retention.
• Lead strategic development and mentorship, stay up to date with digital marketing trends and present insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5-7 years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on performance marketing.
• Proven success in both corporate brand and e-commerce environments.
• Data-driven and analytical, with a track record of high-ROI campaigns.
• Strong communicator and collaborator, experienced in agile environments; a portfolio or case studies is preferred.
