Digital Marketing Manager – E‑commerce & F&B

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth initiatives across e‑commerce and Food & Beverage channels. You will shape and execute integrated digital strategies that drive sales, acquire customers, and enhance brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth targets.
• Manage end‑to‑end performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and other channels.
• Drive online sales growth and customer acquisition for e‑commerce platforms.
• Optimize website performance, user journey and conversion rates (CRO).
• Lead SEO strategy including on‑page, off‑page, technical SEO and keyword optimization.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic and search visibility.
• Oversee content calendars and digital campaigns for product launches, promotions and seasonal activities.
• Analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate and retention.
• Collaborate with creative, content and design teams to produce high‑performing digital assets.
• Manage CRM, email marketing, marketplace performance and digital partnerships.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong background in e‑commerce and online sales management.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO and SEM strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console and Shopify or similar platforms.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
