Digital Marketing Manager – Growth & Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to partner directly with the CEO and steer the agency’s growth across Egypt and GCC markets. The role blends strategic planning, business development, creative direction, and performance marketing to acquire new clients and scale operations.

Key responsibilities

• Align with the CEO on vision, priorities, and growth objectives.
• Design and execute client acquisition strategies for Egypt and GCC.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations across Creative, Media Buying, Social Media, and Account Management teams.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise digital advertising campaigns on multiple platforms.
• Oversee media‑buying strategies, budget allocation, and ROI maximisation.
• Analyse campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Develop scalable systems, workflows, and processes to support sustainable growth.
• Elevate the agency’s creative output and ensure high‑quality art direction.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a marketing or digital agency.
• Strong business‑development track record with measurable client acquisition.
• Hands‑on expertise in media buying and performance marketing.
• Experience working with clients in Egypt and GCC markets.
• Analytical mindset with advanced campaign analysis and KPI reporting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high‑performing cross‑functional teams.
