Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to partner directly with the CEO and drive operational excellence across our agency. The role blends strategic thinking, creative vision, and performance‑driven execution to scale both the business and creative sides of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Align with the CEO on company vision, priorities, and growth plans.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Build, manage, and develop cross‑functional teams (creative, media buying, account management).
• Define quarterly growth strategies to expand the client base in Egypt and GCC markets.
• Set, track, and optimize KPIs across departments and projects.
• Elevate the agency’s creative output and art‑direction standards.
• Drive performance in media‑buying campaigns and ensure ROI optimization.
• Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new revenue streams.
• Create systems and processes that support scalability and long‑term stability.
• Recognize individual team strengths and develop talent to maximize performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a marketing or digital agency.
• Strong background in media buying and performance marketing.
• Solid understanding of creative strategy and art direction.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale teams effectively.
• Experience with clients in Egypt and/or GCC markets.
• Track record of building and executing growth strategies with measurable results.
• Analytical mindset with hands‑on KPI tracking and optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
