Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of Maa‑Althahab’s digital marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth across all online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives, including budgets and performance targets.
• Manage multi‑channel campaigns (social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, email, e‑commerce) to increase brand visibility, acquisition and retention.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and monitor online reputation and customer feedback.
• Develop and oversee social media strategies, content calendars and performance optimisation.
• Maintain website performance, user experience and content updates.
• Support e‑commerce growth through targeted promotions and customer‑journey optimisation.
• Track, analyse and report on KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates and acquisition costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of digital marketing experience, including 2‑3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in social media, performance marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing and content strategy.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Experience in the cosmetics or fragrance industry and/or a digital‑agency background is a strong advantage.
