About the role
NPC Active is seeking a proactive District Manager to lead multiple locations within the assigned district. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive sales performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen client relationships across the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee operations and performance of several sites within the district.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate team members to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze sales data and develop strategic business plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to support growth.
Required profile
- Proficiency in sales management, strategic planning, and business development.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and performance evaluation abilities.
- Experience in operational oversight and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and deliver consistent results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous.
