Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator – Banking Sector

About the role

NexaTG is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to manage enterprise‑scale, hybrid Dynamics environments within a highly regulated banking context. This hands‑on role is responsible for the stability, performance, deployment and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across its full lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM environments in Development, SIT, UAT and Production.
• Plan, apply and test cumulative updates, patches, upgrades and new releases across hybrid (on‑premises and cloud) deployments.
• Execute production deployments, release activities and manage server jobs on CRM servers.
• Administer Active Directory components, including OUs, security groups and user access.
• Monitor CRM services, server logs, performance metrics and ensure high availability.
• Manage solution imports, exports and version control throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot incidents, resolve production issues and maintain documentation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience with hybrid (on‑premises and cloud) Dynamics 365 deployments.
• Experience managing multiple environments (Dev, SIT, UAT, Production) and handling upgrades, cumulative updates and patches.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server and CRM services administration.
• Ability to monitor server performance, analyze logs and ensure system availability.
• Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Previous experience in banking, fintech or other highly regulated sectors is a strong plus.
