E-commerce Specialist – Marketplaces

About the role

We are looking for an experienced E‑commerce Specialist to drive our marketplace sales in Egypt. You will lead the strategy and day‑to‑day management of our product listings on platforms such as Amazon and Noon, ensuring strong visibility and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketplace‑specific e‑commerce strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions and content optimization across major online marketplaces.
• Plan and run e‑marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM and performance‑marketing initiatives.
• Oversee affiliate marketing programmes and expand partner networks.
• Monitor sales data, generate performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory and order fulfilment.
• Enhance the customer journey on marketplaces, driving positive reviews and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce and marketplace management, preferably in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and act on insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
