Educational Consultant – Full‑time On‑site Role

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Educational Consultant to join our team in Cairo. You will work directly with learners and their families, assessing needs, discussing academic goals, and recommending suitable educational pathways, programs, or institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one consultations with students and families to evaluate educational needs.
• Provide guidance on curricula, learning strategies, admission requirements, and application processes.
• Maintain accurate client records, follow up on progress, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high‑quality service.
• Prepare informational materials, present reports, and create presentations for clients.
• Participate in educational events and stay updated on local and international education trends and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (advanced degree or professional certification is a plus).
• Strong foundation in educational consulting with the ability to advise on academic options and learning pathways.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are advantageous.
• Familiarity with local and international school systems, university admissions, and scholarship opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases, organize time effectively, and keep precise documentation.

• Proficiency with standard office software and online communication tools for report and presentation preparation.
