Instructional Designer - AI Content Reviewer

About the role

Almentor, a video-learning platform in Arabic founded in 2016, is looking for an AI Learning Content Reviewer. The role evaluates and refines AI-generated educational content so that it is accurate, coherent and clear, and aligned with predefined skill sets and EQF levels. It does not involve writing full courses from scratch; instead, the reviewer performs analytical review, micro-editing and skill-mapping validation.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI-generated course content (1-2 hours per course) for quality, clarity and coherence
• Check that Skill Sets, Learning Outcomes, EQF levels and course modules are correctly aligned
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, hallucinations and conceptual gaps
• Improve structure and flow through light micro-editing when needed
• Validate that each course follows the required pedagogical logic and instructional structure
• Flag unclear, repetitive or inaccurate sections and propose simple improvements
• Document revision notes clearly and consistently
• Collaborate with Content and QA teams to maintain high content standards
• Review an average of 1.5-2 courses per day with high accuracy

Required profile

• Strong analytical reading skills and ability to spot inconsistencies, factual issues or logic gaps
• Basic understanding of instructional structure (Learning Outcomes, Modules, Lessons)
• Familiarity with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) or willingness to learn quickly
• Good command of Modern Standard Arabic, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under deadlines and review several courses per day
• Nice to have: previous experience in instructional design, editing, curriculum review or content QA, and familiarity with LMS or e-learning content

Required skills

• Ability to assess content coherence and sequencing
• Ability to simplify or rephrase short sections (micro-editing, not content writing)
• Comfort using AI tools and structured templates
• Nice to have: familiarity with SFIA or other skill frameworks
