Electrical Site Engineer

About the role

AL MESHKA is looking for an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to lead the execution of electrical works on multiple construction projects across Egypt. The role involves ensuring that all on‑site electrical activities comply with design drawings, specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage on‑site electrical installations according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate daily with subcontractors, consultants and internal teams to maintain smooth project progress.
• Monitor installation progress, enforce quality standards and supervise testing activities.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Prepare detailed site reports and support inspections, testing and final hand‑over procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical site engineering or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and site execution practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
