Elevator & Escalator Maintenance Mechanic

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Elevator & Escalator Maintenance Mechanic to join Otis in Cairo. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventive maintenance on elevator and escalator equipment to ensure safety and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose technical issues in elevators and escalators and implement effective repairs.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) to maintain optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and Otis standards.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in elevator and escalator maintenance.
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or B.Tech.
• Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator components and systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
