End Users and Strategic Customers Field Sales Engineer I

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking an End Users and Strategic Customers Field Sales Engineer I to drive growth through strategic customer relationships and consultative selling. Based in Cairo, you will work closely with key accounts to understand their needs and deliver solutions that improve efficiency and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow key accounts and customer relationships.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and projects to drive market growth.
• Develop pricing strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
• Lead the sales cycle from opportunity identification and quotation preparation to order acquisition and project execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including tendering, technical support, finance, logistics, and customer care—to ensure successful project delivery.
• Track pipeline, opportunities, and forecasts to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 0‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Fluent in English.
